Senior Digital Marketing Executive
The Acquisition team sits within the newly formed Customer Marketing team, - the heart of the subscriptions business.
We are a lively, driven bunch of individuals who are smashing targets, innovating in our routes to subscribers and growing our area of the business.
This role is a core part of the digital marketing team within the Customer Acquisition team.
They will support in the execution of the media strategy to drive subscription growth across the funnel.
Knowledge of paid media is a must with a knowledge in multi-channel best practice a plus, with a passion for hitting a target as a team and working closely with our agency partners to be innovative and cost efficient in all media activity.
They will be a key part of the customer marketing team, working closely with brands to support in meeting objectives in their channels.
This role would suit someone with biddable/paid media experience, that is looking to take the next step up in their career.
Key Responsibilities and tasks:
- Support in highly targeted digital marketing activities and strategy execution to drive awareness and to contribute to the acquisition subs pipeline and conversion
- Ensure all elements of channel and campaign management are supported by data
- Own their channels and targets that feed into the wider marketing target
- Work with our agencies to support growth and innovation across different brands, adopting an audience first approach.
- Work with the team and our media partners to support in the execution across all owned/earned and paid acquisition channels such as paid search, social, search, affiliates and display – across web and app marketing
- Be responsible for channel targets where required
- Ability to support and prioritise campaigns by brand, working closely with campaign and brand managers to support their individual objectives
The Ideal Candidate
What you will bring:
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing channels - Google tools including paid search and PLA (Google Shopping), affiliates, paid social
- Hands on experience across paid channels
- Google Analytics Experience
- Audience / competitor research
- Knowledge of app marketing and user acquisition and engagement would be a plus
- Content marketing
- Reporting dashboards
- Lead generation
- Basic knowledge of data and how to use it
- Creative performance optimisation
