Senior CRM Manager - Digital
Working in the Bauer Media Group’s Digital business, your role in the Central Data Team is to plan, lead and deliver the CRM strategy across the business. Define and build customer journeys based on audience insights and optimise campaign performances through testing and the development of automation.
We are seeking a senior member of the CRM team to lead and own the platforms that support it. They will plan, develop and build a CRM/Marketing strategy in order to maximise customer value and engagement across all markets and products. Regularly review campaign management tools where appropriate making recommendations for upgrades and replacements. Work closely with stakeholders to define customer journeys and optimise campaigns based on data insights.
The relevant candidate will have experience leading CRM campaign planning and development and end-to-end execution across multiple brands/products. Experience working with key stakeholders to maximise value from campaign activity. Have the ability to prioritise and manage multiple campaigns at the same time while delivering campaigns that maximise customer value and engagement.
- Owning and executing central CRM strategy across Publishing & Audio.
- Improve customer engagement by better segmenting and retargeting programs
- Delivering campaigns to maximise customer value, x-sell, acquisition and retention.
- Manage and review campaign management tools and encourage their use.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business to improve campaign performance and identify new marketing opportunities
- Report on platform and campaign performance to the wider business, and use results to inform future decisions and customer journey
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in managing CRM at scale and confident in using ESP’s and building programmes.
- Experience working with stakeholders to maximise value from campaign activity
- Knowledge of CRM/Email platforms, technologies and GDPR.
- Understand customer data and platforms and the end-to-end flow from requirements to execution.
- Hands-on, organised, and detail orientated
- Excellent communication skills and able to articulate technical concepts to non-technical clients.
