Insight and Reporting Analyst – Affiliate Team

Role Responsibility

The Insight and Reporting Analyst is a key part of the Affiliate team. Providing crucial support to the Commercial Content Editor and management team, through thorough site insights, performance reports and optimisation recommendations in order to ensure we are hitting our KPI’s.

Key Responsibilities and tasks:

  • Management of the Affiliate website analytics and Affiliate 3rd party reports
  • Implementation and Management of the site insights and performance reports for internal & external teams.
  • Tracking Management for the Affiliate website and all relevant channels
  • Working with the affiliate managers to develop the optimisation strategy for all editorial and marketing
  • Project lead for Affiliate site development projects, upgrades and maintenance


The Ideal Candidate

What does a great job look like?

  • Monitor and analyse traffic, engagement, user behaviour and key conversion funnels and provide recommendations based on this insight for testing and UX improvements
  • Manage weekly and monthly insights and performance reports and make recommendations for channel optimisation, ensuring all traffic and KPI’s are tracked accurately
  • Work closely with marketing, editorial, SEO and senior management to ensure performance is measured accurately against targets to gain valuable insights to improve channel performance.
  • Develop (along with the wider team) the websites & content strategies to deliver first class digital offerings
  • Work with internal teams to ensure your strategies and enhancements to analytics and tracking are implemented correctly
  • Maintain best practice across brands in order to improve our insights and analytical reporting. 
  • Maintain the Affiliate tracking management across websites and relevant channels
  • Support the Affiliate team in order to increase overall conversion and revenue.
  • General support of the websites with regards to development, traffic and marketing
