Digital Marketing Executive

Role Responsibility

Working within the newly formed Customer Acquisition Team, as Digital Marketing Executive, you will support in subscription growth across all titles predominantly within CRM

Key Responsibilities and tasks:

CRM 

  • Play a key role in implementing and delivering the CRM strategy across all brands  
  • Manage the scheduling, testing plan and execution of all newsletters and trigger emails   
  • Brief and manage data requests – including customer segmentation  
  • Extract data and make selections where necessary   
  • Brief bespoke offer and promotions for set up   
  • Briefing design agencies on new creatives   
  • Own and manage the email templates including updating and testing the creative   
  • Reporting and analysis of email marketing channel 

Paid Media  

  • Supporting the Digital Marketing team in executing the paid media strategy across the brand funnel 
  • Working and challenging the media agencies to ensure media campaigns and BAU are implemented and fully optimised to enhance performance 
  • Monitor market performance and understand what competitor activity looks like and keep track on competitor activity  

Onsite Optimisation 

  • Support of onsite optimisation utilising specific partner tools  
  • Working closely with the eCommerce team to execute onsite campaigns 
  • Creation of landing pages including copy  

Measurement  

  • Ensure all campaigns are tracked and measured with Google Analytics and analytics packages  

 

The Ideal Candidate

What you will bring:

  • Proven CRM marketing experience with demonstrated success delivering multi-channel campaigns with a deep understanding of email data, execution, and best practices 
  • Knowledge of HTML for email creation and amendment 
  • Strong organisational skills 
  • Good Level of Numeracy and knowledge of Google Analytics preferable to be able to draw on actionable insight
