Digital Enablement Executive

Job Introduction

As a Digital Enablement Executive you will work closely with a Campaign Manager and the Specialist sales teams to support them in selling and delivering our digital products, from forecasting the availability of complex campaigns to booking the orders onto the system and modifying throughout the month to ensure full delivery. 

Role Responsibility

Our advertising clients are absolutely central to everything we do. As a Digital Enablement Executive you’ll be a key part of delivering our Specialist advertising campaigns, both by using existing processes to forecast and book digital advertising activity, and by helping to evolve our processes to ensure they’re efficient and accurate. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Working with sales on responses to briefs
  • Using your knowledge of processes and systems to help improve the forecasting process
  • Taking ownership of campaigns
  • Screengrabs of live campaigns
  • Running availability for display campaigns through our sales order processing system
  • Running data counts
  • Booking, and subsequent modifications, of sales campaigns to the sales order processing system
  • Ensure smooth communication across the relevant departments to ensure the campaign is delivered as efficiently as possible for both internal and external clients
  • Supporting the Implementation team with Month End processes

You will also be trained on our trafficking processes as there will be opportunities to work on campaigns and projects.

The role is not exclusive to the above responsibilities; Digital Advertising is constantly changing ecosystem and the role will evolve to reflect this.
