The Role

We are looking for a Digital  Designer, with hands on coding experience to play a key part in the delivery of our B2B communications.

 We are seeking a self-driven professional, who is positive, confident, highly organised & a team player, to produce creative assets for our B2B marketing campaigns.

In this role you will be developing high quality materials to inform and educate both internal and external customers to understand the benefits of our brands, products, and audiences.

This role currently operates as an agile working position, combining working from home, your nearest office & other Bauer UK office locations to attend team meetings and conferences as required.

Role Responsibility

  • Drive visibility of our brands in our markets through quality-controlled content management. Publishing text, images, video & audio that adheres to our branding and company values.
  • Collate the digital resources required to produce email & social campaigns. Including creating assets using pre-defined templates & producing multiple versions
  • Create sales support materials. Designing & producing assets for general communication, sales initiatives & training, which all assist with the delivery of sales targets.
  • Ensure all marketing assets produced consistently adhere to Bauer standards, as well as OFCOM and Data Protection regulations.
  • Work closely with Research & Insights teams to ensure media packs are up to date with current RAJAR, TGI & other audited information.
  • Support the Head of Commercial Marketing to visualise key strategic messages. Providing visual elements to support proposals & implementation activities. 
  • Work closely & proactively with your Commercial Marketing colleagues as part of a multi-site team.

  • Skilled in interpreting & fulfilling a design brief
  • Competent at managing priorities & working to tight deadlines.
  • Resilience to work under pressure, whilst still demonstrating our signature behaviours.
  • Excels at multi-tasking and problem-solving
  • Has a sharp eye for detail, works smart, strives for right first-time accuracy
  • Delivers clear & concise written & verbal communication
  • Always self-motivated.
  • Passionate about digital marketing design and eager to learn more.
  • Comfortable using all Microsoft platforms, especially PPT
  • Familiar with Email Builder platforms such as Mail Build
  • High levels of skill and aptitude with Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator
  • Hands on experience with HTML, CSS & JavaScript.
  • Proficient in the use of content management platforms – e.g. WordPress
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with analytical and database tools
  • Experience of multichannel campaign design and delivery
