CRM Manager

Job Introduction

Under the direction of the Group CRM and Engagement Marketing Manager and their leadership team, your key responsibilities will include to:

  • Support the Group CRM and Engagement Marketing Manager with the overall contact strategy and implementation of the email strategy
  • Identifying the current customer email journey and understand the best solutions for development
  • Creating the delivery and execution of email activity
  • Performance management and optimization of the emails

Role Responsibility

  • Deconstruct the current customer journey and build communication plans to drive growth throughout the acquisition funnel
  • Drive acquisition volume through the effective development of CRM using automation and triggered email communications
  • Create a rolling test and learn plan
  • Work closely with the data teams to initiate research projects, to uncover customer insight
  • Influence the data acquisition strategy to increase the overall prospects pool in line with GDPR regulations. Work with internal teams to realise data potential and segmentation opportunities.
  • Upward management of key KPI’s and targets. Use insights and deeper analysis to further support strategy, investment and optimisations.
  • Monitor and create email best practice to be shared with the wider teams.
  • Support the marketing teams and Group CRM and Engagement Marketing Manager with the collection of data

In addition to your daily tasks, you may also be required to undertake ad-hoc projects as agreed with the Group CRM and Engagement Marketing Manager in line with company and personal development targets.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience of CRM, and email marketing
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Good understanding of the online customer journey and touchpoints in the marketing environment
  • Good understanding of marketing automation and content management platforms and processes
  • Strong analytical and data driven skills, especially within Excel
  • Time Management

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work streams
  • Planning and Execution
  • Prioritisation of workflow
  • Proficient in Google Analytics
  • Proficient in Responsys
